Product Description

The Wilier Jaroon 105 Bike is a gravel bike that’s pure Wilier. It has clearance for 700c x 42mm tires, which also come standard. It has disc brakes. It has a ride based off their GTR road bikes, meaning it’s not only confident when there is no road, but fast when there is. The bike is responsive to your inputs while still being stable when you aren’t certain that the tires are fully biting into the ground.

Because of the durability, ride, and style of steel, Wilier constructs the frame out of this hallowed substance. And to maximize utility and style, they chose to finish the frame by polishing it and then applying a glossy clear coat over it. No paint to ding, no worries about dirt. The bike looks good pristine or after an epic ride on muddy roads. The fork is a monocoque carbon design, giving plenty of room for wide tires, as well as providing nice vibration-damping qualities while keeping weight to a minimum. The fork is tapered, allowing you to run a conventional stem while getting greater stiffness at the fork crown.

You can call it a gravel bike, but as with the good iterations in this niche, it also excels in varied terrain and applications. That’s why it is designed with threaded eyelets for both fenders and racks. Keep yourself clean, go touring, create your own adventures, the Jaroon is ready.

Because of these varied pursuits, the bike comes set up with 42mm wide Kenda Happy Medium tires on wheels stopped by hydraulic disc brakes, with 160mm rotor in front and 140mm in back. The tires and wheels do it all. Light enough for the road, durable enough to go off. Maximizing utility, they chose to build the bike with thru-axles front and rear as well. Lots of wheels will fit, and the thick axles improve torsional stiffness to boot.

You can see their dedication to utility throughout the bike. 46/36 chainrings and an 11-32 eleven-speed cassette provide a big enough gear for road downhills and small enough for steep scree-littered uphills. The handlebars have an ergo bend, a shallow drop, and 12-degrees of flare at the drops to provide both a more comfortable wrist position, and a bit more powerful position for climbing out of the saddle.

The geometry is compact for greater clearance. Use the geometry chart, paying close attention to the stack and reach numbers to determine your correct size.

The bike comes without pedals.

The Wilier Jaroon 105 Bike opens up new ways of thinking.
